Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ATA Gems, we strive to ensure a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Domestic Shipping:

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of receiving the order or payment. If you have selected any additional features such as jewelry, certification, or puja items, please note that it may take an additional 3-5 days for dispatch.

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. Most orders will be delivered within 3-10 days from the date of dispatch. However, please note that delivery times may vary, especially to remote areas, villages, and other towns, as delivery is solely managed by courier companies.

If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to different addresses, we kindly request you to place separate orders.

Once your order has been shipped from our office, we will provide you with the courier reference number (airway bill number/docket number) via email or update the product details.

While we are committed to delivering your goods on time and in good condition, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customer's unavailability at the time of delivery or incorrect address information.

You can track the status of your order through the courier company’s website or by contacting their local customer service center.

Express Shipping:

For express shipping, charges are based on weight or courier partner rates. Orders totaling INR 19,999 or below (approximately US$ 298) are eligible for express shipping. Express orders may be tracked online and typically delivered within 2-5 days.

All international express orders are shipped by reputable courier service providers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, Bluedart & DTDC. Courier details will be provided for tracking purposes.

Similar to domestic shipping, if you intend to ship multiple items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

As with domestic orders, once your products are dispatched, we will provide you with the courier reference number (airway bill number/docket number) for tracking.

While we endeavor to deliver your goods on time and in good condition, we are not liable for delays caused by customer unavailability at the time of delivery or incorrect address information.

Customs Clearance for International Orders:

For international orders, our carrier may need to obtain customs clearance before delivering your goods. Any additional taxes, import duties, or customs charges incurred during this process will be the responsibility of the customer.

We advise customers to be aware of the import laws and regulations of their country to avoid any unexpected charges.

Customers are responsible for customs clearance within the stipulated time. Failure to clear customs may result in the goods being destroyed by the customs department, with no refund provided.

Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) for International Orders:

Certain international addresses may be classified as remote areas by the carrier, resulting in an additional surcharge. This surcharge will be communicated to the customer before shipping, and payment must be made promptly to avoid order cancellation.

If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid for the items in full.
